    All Packages include the following:
  • Clear Plastic dinnerware and white napkins setup for the appetizers
  • Real dishes, tea glass and silverware for dinner
  • Adequate staffing; however you may need to add additional staffing based on
    size of your event
  • Setup, maintain and cleanup of the food
  • Gratuity for food staff

     Your choice of 4 appetizers from our list setup buffet style for your       
guests to enjoy. Cold choices will be setup on our black iron trays. Warm
choices will be setup in silver chaffing pans to keep warm

         Martini Glasses are set out for the guests to fill with creamy                
mashed potatoes and top with all their favorite toppings. Sour Cream,  
Cheese, Bacos and chives and then Chopped Grilled chicken, Chopped BBQ
Beef, and Sautéed Mushrooms, Ice tea and Ice Water
